2018 was full of ups and downs for my mental health: I lost my daemon to epilepsy in April. I started antidepressants in June. I started therapy in October. I started an anti-nightmare drug in November.

April to October felt incredibly blurry. But I'm alive and doing better now.
Also in October we realized we, too, were plural/median (who still uses she/her pronouns both individually and collectively). That realization has dramatically improved our ability to cope with PTSD. And also means we can do fun party tricks. ;)
