the whole mediation debacle is really disappointing :( i doubt that the decisions re: the credits were malicious, but that doesn't make them any less confusing or alleviate the fact that they essentially undermine the 350 unpaid volunteer devs that made the whole thing possible.
they could do something like release the list of credits onto the page now, but i don't even know if it would do any good, considering the project now is gonna be so buried in discourse that there will be even more layers in between creator credits and the eyes of players.
giving the folks who organized it the benefit of the doubt (which ik is a lenient take), this is another tragic example of how so many people fail to realize the momentum-based nature of indie game marketing in the social media age. crediting without that in mind is irresponsible
