Education is key, start with watching vegan health & animal agriculture documentaries.

Try the various vegan meat & dairy alternatives supermarkets have to offer.

Transition slowly by having 1 vegan meal a day, then 2 then all 3.

Quick transitions try Veganuary or Challenge22.
Calcium isn't an issue whilst vegan, you can get plenty by drinking 1-2 cups of fortified plant milk daily, also by eating plenty of leafy greens, beans, seeds, and tofu.
Remember to supplement Vitamin D especially in winter months, to ensure adequate adsorption of calcium.
Protein isn't an issue when you switch beef for beans as you not only get the same grams of protein but also way more nutrition and zero cholesterol and saturated fat.
Worried about iron? Don't be as adequate intake is easily achieved on a balanced vegan diet, many heal their iron anemia naturally on a vegan diet, no supplement needed. Add a vitamin c rich food to an iron rich meal to increase absorption.
There are loads of plantbased milk alternatives to try and discover your favourites.
I like soy, hazelnut and chocolate almond. 😀
Egg substitutes aren't an issue either. I've used all of these and they work just as well in cooking and baking.
Instead of scrambled egg i love scrambled tofu, there's many recipes available online.
Plantbased sources of omega3 are way higher in plant foods than animal foods. To ensure adequate absorption just 2x tbsp of milled flax is needed, also bare in mind to keep animal & oil fats low as not to dilute the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio.
