It's interesting how sometimes a product vision can be seen as 2 things depending on the personality of the "visionary"

- A north star that all teams use together with business objectives to think what to discover and build

- The exact roadmap your product teams will follow
If you think about it, the first one is a bottom up approach and the second one a top down

I believe you should use the second option in the beginning and then the first one to scale.

Product leaders to be able to do both need to deeply evolve.
