•Don’t reach for the snack foods or energy drinks.
•Don’t buy crap you don’t need.
•Stop checking social media and email every 2 minutes.
•Don’t watch main stream news or porn.
Do something difficult everyday.
Something you hate to do that you’ve been avoiding.
This conditions you to attack obstacles instead of running from them.
Do some type of exercise everyday for 30 minutes.
It doesn’t matter what it is. Don’t complicate this.
Walk, do push-ups, jog in place, do squats, or burpees.
You don’t need a gym or weights.
Choose a “diet” and stick with it.
Do Keto, paleo, or carnivore.
Incorporate intermittent fasting 4-5 times a week.
This sharpens your mind to make better decisions and gives you energy to attack your daily tasks.
Getting enough sleep will increase energy and help you live longer.
Get 8 hours of sleep every night.
Take two 20 minute power naps everyday.
Your energy and clarity will increase 10X.
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Every goal you set needs to be in alignment with pushing your mission forward.
Without them, you’ll just keep spinning your wheels and get no where.
Your desk, office, bedroom, car, drawers and laundry should be neat and clean.
Working in chaos will bring more chaos into your life.
You don’t need it.
You live is a reflection of what you do.
All it takes is 10 minutes in the morning after rising and 10 minutes before you go to sleep.
This gets your mind clear and focused on what you need to accomplish and what you have done each day.
This needs to become the center piece of your daily routine.
Plan your tasks for each day and stick to them.
Don’t let anything sway you from your schedule.
Don’t give in to the temptation to slack off.
It gets you nowhere.
Stop complaining about what you don’t have and be thankful for what you got.
Dwelling on loss is a Losers Mindset.
The more you do it.
The less you’ll have.
Stick to your mission daily.
Every thought, decision and action must be in alignment with your mission.
No matter the drama, failure, or obstacle.
This is the difference between being a winner and a wanna-be.
