The law of unintended consequences rears its head with the #shutdown - and threatens #1A free speech (and beer).

2/ The brewery must comply with licensing restrictions placed on it by the government - but it cannot during the shutdown.

Their speech is encumbered, and illegal, if they print the labels as required by law as they won't be reviewed.
3/ Free speech doesn't stop just because the government does.
4/ The brewery seeks an injunction restricting the government from interfering with their beer sales.

7/ "MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court is 3 Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order. Defendant shall file an opposition to the motion on or before Friday, January 18, 2019. The parties shall be heard on the motion on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 2:00 p.m."
