[1] "After serving as a partner at the Boston law firm of Hill and Barlow, #RobertMueller [] in 1989, he served in the US Department of Justice as an assistant to Attorney General Dick #Thornburgh and as acting Deputy Attorney General." See #Wikipedia
[2] What was AG Dick #Thornburgh responsible for 1989 ?

"Criminal Investigation Is Begun at Arms Plant" -

That plant was #RockyFlats in Colorado
* Bush 41 appointed AG Dick Thornburgh (1989)
* Mueller joins DOJ as assistant to Thornburgh (1989)
* FBI Raids Rocky Flats - Largest criminal investigation of nuclear environmental damage in US history

[7] Kind of hard to find info on the father of #RobertMueller

We know he was an "executive at #DuPoint " starting in the 1940s

Question - What was DuPont doing in the 1940s?

Answer - #TheManhattanProject

What do you want to bet ....
[8] The #HanfordSite of Manhattan Project was built when Robert Mueller's father would have still only been in his mid/late 20s, this unreasonable to think he was influential

BUT - It begs the question. Was this man a key exec at #DuPont in matters relating to nuclear energy?
[9] He was a "submarine chaser" in WW2 . Hard work - Very technical, I imagine.
[10] "A successful salesman with Dupont. [...] moved to Princeton in the 1950s so that he could commute to Dupont’s New York office. He later did precious metals marketing and ran Tugwell Mueller Associates."

[11] After Dupont, he was retired briefly before starting his company #TugwellMueller ...

" Precious metals " ...

LINK : "books.google.com/books?id=JRVbA…"
[12] "precious metals" could include plutonium and other radioactive materials. It can also include expensive metals that are used not only for energy, but for the construction of refinery equipment.

Its pretty close to home. having a hard time finding references.. workin it!
[13] Excellent body language analysis on #Barr . He does not have the swagger of Rosenstein or Mueller . Maybe he is good guy ... sure hope so! But the timing of his past tenure and connections - We have stay alert.
[14] The father of #RobertMueller (Robert Swan Mueller Jr.) attended Gilman School in Baltimore, and at #Princeton (class of 1938) majored in psychology. [He] was on the varsity football, hockey, and lacrosse teams..." @GeorgWebb

[15] John Nash did not begin attending Princeton until 1948 , 10 years after Mueller's father graduated ... @GeorgWebb
[16] "On May 23, 2015, Nash and his wife were killed in a vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike near Monroe Township, New Jersey. They had been on their way home from the airport after a visit to Norway, where Nash had received the Abel Prize,.."

[17] "Their taxicab driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a guardrail. Both passengers were ejected from the car upon impact. State police revealed that it appeared neither passenger was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash"
[18] @GeorgWebb Was the death of #Nash a hit ? Taxi driver - 2 weeks on the job - Crash seemed to occur for no reason. Cab driver's name was "Tarek Girgis".
