In 2020 news: I have mixed feelings on this piece about Amy Klobuchar.

First: it's true - I really doubt any male candidate would be covered in this way.

But I'm also a little bothered that a large # of the responses from others who've worked in politics is basically, "LOL. Whatevers. This is no big deal. My [politician boss] was so much worse."
It's a fair point - some personal experiences would correspond to what those voices are saying. We all have our war stories.

But should we really be proud of the fact that we all survived candidates behaving badly? Shouldn't we call out that behavior more, and push for better?
