Day 1 - FB being really annoying rejecting ads for no reason.

Had to go through their support to have them approved. Now running fine.

Won't really make a judgement on any of the adsets until at least 2-3 days have passed.
Day 2 - Made 3 sales

Conversion rate and cost per purchase are pretty shit but that's not something I care about at the moment.

Gathering data is the name of the game. Got bare ATCs which is good to see.

Made minor website tweaks -> currency convertor, checkout page script
Day 3 - Made 4 sales today

About 70$ net profit so far (got lucky with some $100+ orders)

Take aways -> selling to rich people who don't care about price is the best

Will try using a ViewContent lookalike audience tomorrow, never done that before.
Day 4 - 10 sales!

Average order size is around 60 bucks and spent $110 on ads for the day.

One of my interest adsets is doing extremely well so will duplicate that for tomorrow.

On day 7, I will share some detailed stats, but so far everything looking 🔥🔥
Day 5 - Very slow day today, only 4 sales

I increased the prices of everything by $10 last night -> that could be a factor

Or could just be an off day in general. Won't change anything in terms of ads or the site

Even with 4 sales, im still way above breakeven today
Day 6 - Only 3 sales, tough day overall

Had to put out some fires -> issues with gsuite email setup and shopify payments getting disabled

Going back to original price from tomorrow

Take away -> way more sales on weekends than weekdays; ads not performing as consistently
Day 7 - Big day with 7 sales already

Going back to original price helped a lot it seems.

Anyways, spent $700 on ads this first week and here is the result.

Not too shabby I would say.

Next Week's Plan: Increase ad budgets slowly; try scaling to consistent 10sale/day.
Day 8 - $500 in sales with just $100 in adspend

Killed one of the low performing adsets yesterday and created another ViewContent lookalike adset.

My VC LLAs are not performing as well. Very high CPC. Will let them run for few more days

Next few days -> increase daily adspend
Day 9 - Another solid day with over 500 in sales

Scaling up my best adset more and more every couple of days

My next strategy is to scale horizontally and find a few more winning adsets

Still cant do ATC LLA... hopefully by March at least

Gonna create some video ads tmrw
Day 10 - Weekends are always good for sales 🔥

Way more site visitors than weekdays = more sales

My focus for the next couple of day is to do some digging into PayPal. Don't want to get banned as I start to scale.

Next stop is 1k revenue/day.

Lets get the bread 💪
Day 11 - Almost a grand in sales!

Sundays are my best performing days. Got some large order.

Spent whole day doing research on how to register for corporation.

Lot of my sales are from Mexico. Ali Express shipping time for Mexico is atrocious... need to figure something out
Day 12 - Another very poor Monday

Definitely the worst performing day of the week.

Oddly got multiple abandoned checkouts today, way more than any other day so far. Even though I didn't change anything.

Set up Klaviyo for automated emails.

Expecting a stronger Tuesday.
Day 13 - Over 5k in net revenue

Never thought I would get to the $5k mark so quickly...

Mon/Tue are usually my worst performing days, but this week's Mon/Tue did 2x in sales compared to last which is good to see.

Got an app to add tracking number for every Paypal transaction.
Day 14 - Sales have been atrocious today.

Really unhappy with my conversion rate so far (just above 1%). Definitely going to be looking into that the next few days and come up with some strategies.

Also going to try out Campaign Budget Optimization for fb ads. See how that goes
Here's the first 2 weeks summary:

Close to 6k in sales.

86 orders.

$1800 spent on fb ads.

1.1% store conversion rate.
Main challenges I will be facing in the coming weeks:

1. Scaling fb ads from $150/day to $300+/day
2. Tiring ads
3. Customer service
4. Easier order fulfilment and faster shipping
5. Legal stuff
#1 -> Not too worried about this. Im pretty confident with my scaling strategy. Duplicating, using CBOs, trying out different LLAs
#2 -> Will start paying to get ad creatives made
#3 -> Do not think I will be hiring VA until I'm doing at least 10k/month in profit
#4 -> Not worth it until im doing consisten ~30orders/day
#5 -> Again, once I start generating enough revenue, will hire an accountant to sort things out
Day 16 - The pattern is pretty clear at this point

Fri/Sat/Sun are the best days.

Deleted some apps to increase store loading time.

Going to be doubling the budget for my Checkout Initiated LLA CBO.

It's scaling season.
Day 19 - Pattern has been broken!

Did 11 sales today with over $700 in revenue... on a monday!

Added a quantity breakdown spp to increase upsells.

Currently looking for an accountant to get some advice from. Very clueless in terms of financial/legal aspect of things.
Day 20 - Approaching the 10k revenue mark

-Set up a meeting with an accountant for Sunday
-A lot of my orders have already been delivered -> got no complaints yet 😃
-Some orders are very slow, getting 1-2 customer emails per day (not too bad)

March will be a crucial month.
Day 26 - Close to 15k in revenue

Adding a new variation of my product to my store tomorrow at a much higher price.

Trying to play those psychological games.

Will also be starting my first purchase lookalike campaign, which should be interesting!
Day 27- Really poor day in a long time

Weird since this is my first day trying PUR LLA and my sales went down instead of up.

Not gonna be reactionary.

Will let it sit for a while and make minor changes after tomorrow if needed.
Day 32 - 19k Net Revenue Overall

First 5k week

Spent the last few days setting up a system that will allow me to scale faster without consuming too much of my time

Kind of nervous for the next few weeks.
Scaling has been hard so far.
But learning new things everyday!

Day 34 - Dealing with supplier issues

Changed one of my suppliers due to poor quality products.

Automated most of the clerical work at this point.
Solely focussing on marketing and sales now.

Goal for March was 30k in revenue.
Looks like it will be around 20-25k instead.
Day 36 - Better than yesterday

With FB/IG outages yesterday, had my first loss day since Day 2

Paid heavy money to someone on Fiverr to increase my site load time
Excited to see the results

March is all about grinding and preparing my pixel for LLAs

Always play the long game
Day 42 - Looks like the increasing price by $6 didnt have any impact at all. Maybe my ads getting disabled for 4hours played a part

And who, going to increase price back up $5. And keep there

Also have to keep in mind that lately Wednesdays have been my lowest performing days
Day 43 - 18k in sales so far this month

My goal was to do 30k in March.

Still have 10 days. I think I'll get there.

Preparing for a big April.
Day 49 - Over 38k in total sales

Close to 28k sales already for March, so well on track to hit the 30k goal.

Margins just under 30%.

Last few days been dealing with bank issues and cashflow set up.

Have big dreams for the next month. Lets see how it goes.

Bless up.
Day 53 - March goal achieved ✅

Over 30k in revenue with over 9k in profits

Made big moves this month to set myself up to scale harder and have an even bigger April
Day 58 - Over 12k in sales already for April

It's day 58, and I still do not use any upsell apps.
Didnt like the ones ive tried.
Will try few more this week to get AOV up.

I think I can easily hit the 100k mark this month.
Only obstacle would be cashflow...
Day 63 - On track for 100k for April

Approaching 27k for the first 10 days

Realizing my credit card limit is too low for me to scale to something crazy like 10k/day. Probably will hit ceiling in a month.

Spending 1300/day on ads at the moment.
Day 73 - on track to reach April goals

20 days into the month with 60k in revenue

Well on my way for my first 6figure month ✊
Day 74 - Been a pretty disappointing last week or so, with ROAS dropping hard.

-Added a "Sticky ATC" shopify app.
-Launched a new fb ad, with some new creatives.
-Will launch a new campaign tomorrow.

Hoping for a strong finish to the month before setting new goals for May.
Day 77 - Probably my toughest week in a long time

ROAS has crashed and burned to the ground

Still doing a few hundred in profits every day... but no where near the 1.4k high.

Next week will be focused on just getting the ROAS up again.

New ads. New audiences. Let's go 💪
Day 82 - Doesnt look like I'll reach April 100k target, with 30 hours to go

Profit margin around 24%. Not as high as I wouldve liked.

But very grateful for how far I've come
I said something similar end of last month, but I believe May will be the most challenging month as of yet.

I want to go a bit lowkey on Twitter from now on and focus less on my results and more on providing value for others.
