Again, w/ the caveat I'd like to hear from Amy Klobuchar first, this is a really weird argument to make.

Constituents are rarely privy to inner office workings. From personal experience: staff don't talk, because they're worried about keeping jobs + moving to next jobs.
There's also a mental rational that if the politician stays at the same level and you, as a staffer moves on, there's no point in speaking up. You're basically watching out for yourself.

That calculus can change, if the politician in question tries for higher office.
So if these allegations are true, of course voters aren't going to know about it.

Memo to Amy Siskind: don't be so flippant about potential allegations of staff abuse.
Request for the rest of Twitter, please don't dismiss allegations of staff abuse as:

a. False, because no one outside of the office knew about it, or
b. Something that happens in every political job.

There is a culture there, and dismissal of that doesn't help staffers -
- who are in those situations, or looking to come forward.

Also, stressing again so there's no mistake: I really DO like Klobuchar, and want to hear from her on this. I'd like to hear her respond.
