Why would a healthy person need an evaluation by 11 different specialists?
Ok, trying to think through this.
1. Generalist to guide the evaluation. Not really a specialist, but let’s assume the language is as loose in meaning as usual.
2. Cardiologist. Maybe for CV risk assessment, in 4 hrs could have obtained noninvasive cardiac testing
3. GI. Age appropriate colonoscopy makes sense.
4. Dermatologist. If he likes tanning as much as it seems, screening / biopsy for cancerous lesions might be part of an annual exam.
5. Neurologist. His language degradation over time has suggested dementia to some. It makes clinical sense for a regular neuro exam, and formal mental status testing, although I’d be surprised if the problem were acknowledged to the extent of bringing in a specialist.
6. Ophthalmologist. Let’s throw in a routine annual vision exam.
7. Dentistry. Ditto for an annual dental check and cleaning.
8. Psychologist / psychiatrist. Throwing this in there just makes me feel better.
9. Sleep medicine. He’s up a lot at night tweeting, may have sleep disturbances and at his BMI, could easily have OSA.
10. A nutritionist? Maybe Melania requested help getting him off all the hamberders?
11. Really stretching here ...
Oh of course, Urology! I’ll give him some dribbling stream issues and a refill on Flomax.

I didn’t leave room for the Predictive Medicine specialist, but I believe board certification is still pending for that one ;)
