Thread: McCabe (is a son-of-a-bitch)

1. Just think about it for a minute, folks: the deputy director of the FBI believes that he has the legal standing to commit sedition by investigating a duly elected POTUS in order to removed him.
2. And the SOB thinks there’s NOTHING wrong with it! It is shocking that someone in his position in particular would take it upon himself to orchestrate a soft coup – and then actually admit it in a television interview!

3. Former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is confirming for the first time publicly that there were high-level discussions at the Justice Department about recruiting Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald Trump ….
3A. … from office in the aftermath of former FBI Director James Comey's firing.
4. The discussions also included speculation about which Cabinet members could be on board with the idea, McCabe said in an interview with CBS's Scott Pelley.

5. First of all, let’s clear up any confusion on what the 25th Amendment allows in terms of removing a sitting president from office. The only provision that applies is Section 4:

6. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives ….
6A. … their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

7. Yes, you read that right. Nowhere does it say that a deputy director of the FBI (or the rest of the cabal at the FBI and DoJ) can secretly meet offsite and scheme to replace a sitting president by orchestrating a vote to remove him by the president’s cabinet!
8. Furthermore, the FBI is part of the executive branch of the government. There is a clear line of authority from the president to the FBI director. In fact, the president could fire the FBI director at any time; it’s completely within his authority to do so – ….
8A. …regardless of what McCabe might think about it!
9. What we have seen and heard McCabe do is clearly admit to committing sedition. It’s clear as a bell to anyone who isn’t a Democrat hack lawyer. It’s as plain as the nose on one’s face. Here’s the governing federal statute:

10. 18 U.S. Code § 2384.Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war ….
10A. … against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, ….
10B. … they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

11. The SOB admitted that he was part of a seditious conspiracy, folks, and he needs to burn with the rest of them! We’ll hear his mealy-mouthed excuses for why he did it during the 60 Minutes interview with Scott Pelley on Sunday.
12. The excerpts from that interview that I’ve listened to paint Pelley as a sympathetic questioner. Most of us on the Right have known about McCabe’s sedition for months, but Pelly comes across as if it’s completely new news to him. We’ll have to watch the whole thing.
13. Folks, not only is McCabe guilty of sedition by his own admission, but EVERYONE who participated in that meeting is, too, and we need the names of every single conspirator because they need to hang alongside McCabe.
14. And, by the way, anyone who knew about that meeting (and subsequent meetings on the subject) is guilty of conspiracy, too, as none of them reported it to appropriate law enforcement personnel (not that there appear to have been many such honorable people in the Obama regime).
15. These people – especially the smug and smarmy McCabe – never thought Shrillary would be defeated, and they surely NEVER thought they’d get caught by the #Spygate revelations that preceded this soft coup attempt.
16. And they had the chutzpah to think they’d get away with the coup, too! What kind of a person thinks this way (especially the #2 guy in the FBI!)? That guy took an oath to obey the Constitution of the United States. So did Comey, Baker, Strzok, Page, Yates, and the rest.
17. And yet they not only cavalierly violated their oaths, they willingly committed sedition! They all need to hang, folks; they need to suffer the harshest punishment – the maximum! – for their crimes. Nothing else will satisfy me – nor should it you. I am outraged! ///The end.
