Gudeg dan Sate Klathak merupakan makanan populer bagi para wisatawan yang mengunjungi Yogyakarta. Yuk kita cari tahu rahasia makanan tersebut!
Perpaduan antara nangka muda mentah, gula aren, santan dan rempah-rempah serta daun jati, yang memberikan warna coklat kemerahan untuk Gudeg, menjadikan masakan tersebut lezat dari mulai kecapan pertama.
Yogyakarta juga mempunyai sate Klathak. Apabila sate lainnya dimasak dengan menggunakan bumbu yang beragam, maka sate Klathak hanya diberi bumbu garam dan dipanggang menggunakan jeruji besi. Walau terlihat sangat sederahana namun kenyataanya sate ini banyak diincar wisatawan.
Tidak heran apabila banyak orang yang rela antre hanya demi menikmati seporsi Sate Klathak ataupun Gudeg karena kedua makanan tersebut membuat orang yang menikmatinya akan selalu teringat dan ingin kembali menyantapnya.
