Please share it. Thank you! :-) Light blue sand background has the # drawn in the sand to the right. The left side is blank. <br />

At the bottom of the picture, text reads
Portable PDF version will appear on my Kofi in the next day or so.

If a chat is new & the topic isn't apparent from the hashtag, I added a short description. There are a few special chats I add extra info for each time too.

Future updates will include schedules if known, hosts & descriptions of all chats.

This section lists hashtags specific to illness /symptom /diagnosis /disability (or lack thereof.)

It's most helpful when you're looking for more info from others who have similar circumstances so you can compare notes or share tips.

This group of hashtags is for topical discussions, community, activities and/or awareness. Most are inclusive of several chronic illnesses, or disabilities.

When focused on one area, they have a wider scope than seeking medical related info.

#TCNahImGood - Someone lay hands on you to pray without your permission? Get @TripleCripples escape cards, RUN, then tag them to tell them your story.

No seriously. 13 bloody parts. But i can't live without the community hashtags. So... last one.

If you have other questions, I'm happy to answer your reply.

JUST WHAT THE HELL THIS IS: I'm maintaining a list of ways we #spoonies and #disabled people congregate on Twitter.

And yes, amusing myself in the process.
WHY: Your guess is as good as anyone's. Vetting these one by one takes forever.

Kinda torturing myself because I stayed up all night, convinced I *had* to finish this today.

But it's lovely how we support each other. And imperative we have reference points to where we gather.

Send cash please.

$5 is a prescription, $50 a week of doc visits.

I'm getting close to being able to work again & donations close the gap in my income until that happens.

Ko-fi is also where I keep PDF updates.
At some point I'll also need volunteers to help maintain this and spread the word.

It'd also be great if you added your project.

Please don't be shy or think your project/chat is too small. Active is more important than size. 3 people is a chat. 4 is enough for a hashtag.

About every 2 months.

I vet for activity & updates frequent enough to foster community. I check to make sure people talk, not companies spamming crap.

If it's not patient-focused, I exclude. The time this all takes is why it's not updated more often..

Here by replying or via DM if we're mutuals. I started with the mega-resource @healthhashtags, so shout out to them and the amazing tool they built.

Eventually I'll include other platforms.

I'm getting close to believing I'm covering most active hashtags. Then I want to add ways to support disabled art & entrepreneurs. Facebook or IG are next. The audiences are bigger.

Sure. I have a Tiny Letter you can join.
Thank you for supporting this project!

Again, I'm happy to answer any other questions below.

Later though. I stayed up all night. So... lots of sleep. See you in 5/6 hours.
There's like five to seven tweets after this. Where did they go LOL
I thought I did this already but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ @threadreaderapp unroll this labor of love that took several weeks to update and 2 hours to post & I somehow still messed up:
