The bill does exactly what it says it will do, which is to nullify the Trump Administration's new rules, with the intent to restore the 2015 rule.

Yes, this bill will have an uphill battle when it comes to passage. Even if it passes both chambers, Trump might veto. But we should still absolutely try.

In 2020 terms: yes, this is absolutely something you should be publicly asking every candidate about.

Ask if they'll support this - I have a hard time seeing any of the Dems saying no - and how they plan on addressing the broadband point at a later date.
