UPDATE on the Indivisible Network account!🚨

I will lay out the following info: false claims of non profit status, FEC status, where their various donation buttons lead, the criminal background of the treasurer & their possible motives. THREAD #opsec #SCAM #SundayMotivation
Per FEC filings, this org is Turlock, CA: goo.gl/4h71uH

The State of California Franchise Tax Board has downloadable lists of Exempt Organizations.

Indivisible Network PAC isn't listed.

They are *NOT* a non profit.

DO NOT DONATE TO THEM. ftb.ca.gov/businesses/Exe…
Per the FEC & OpenSecrets, the Indivisible Network PAC received 0 donations for the 2018 election cycle: goo.gl/i7ybtj

If they are getting donations, they aren't telling anyone how much, or what it's being spent on. #campaign #DarkMoney
They've also received a total of FIVE notices of failure to file donation & expense info with the FEC: goo.gl/4h71uH #redflag
Indivisible Network continues to claim that they are a non profit (sometimes they specify a 501c4) on their Twitter profile, Facebook page, and website.

We know they don't have nonprofit status. #frauds
The donate button on their Facebook page goes to a PayPal account.
They also have a new website, which is registered anonymously.
The top donate button doesn't work. The bottom donate button goes to a CrowdPac site (3rd screenshot below) they talks about paying teachers more.
The CrowdPac page claims that donations will supplement income for teachers on strike.

There is NO WAY to know if they get any donations, and if so, what that money is used for.

CrowdPac campaigns aren't required by law to report findings or expenses. #transparency
Now on to the treasurer, Brian Jeffrey.

His misdemeanor was previously documented in this thread: archive.today/6HNd7

That thread also details plagiarism, as well as fraudulently claiming non profit status.
In addition, Jeffries also has a felony record for passing bad checks in 1997. This info has been verified, but redacted to avoid exposing home address.

This is not someone who should be trusted to handle money. He has a record of committing financial fraud.
Now to motive.

Soliciting donations under the pretense of being a non profit and doing who knows what with that money is one motive.

Building up a large social media following with the intent of sowing division as we get closer to 2020 is another. goo.gl/Lx475k
We can see this divisive behavior in these archived tweets where they sounded like GOP slamming the Dem response to SOTU.

After receiving critical responses & people pointing out they sound like GOP, they did a complete 180.
More recently, they were pushing GOP talking points about Social Security.

So be aware - this is NOT a legitimate PAC, they are NOT a nonprofit, and they are already acting in ways to sow division.

They are not on the side of the resistance.
Now Indivisible Network is calling out the real, verified @IndivisibleTeam.

Since Indivisible Network likes to delete tweets, I have archived this one. archive.today/jgJDR
In addition, Indivisible Network has deleted several of their tweets from yesterday, while claiming to be transparent. 🙄
If you start at the tweet below & scroll down, you can see that several of their replies from yesterday were deleted.

Everywhere that you see "Tweet not available" is where they have deleted a tweet.
