1/ Understanding the core (the biggest) issues in a business, partnership, or any relationship is not easy bc often we think of the immediate problem as the core issue when in reality it’s a fraction of the core issue. Learning how to identify core issues takes time and
2/ experience.. Experience in the short term can be painful, but in the long term is the key to survival - you have to have felt the pain to know how to avoid or fix it. Soooo....in order to be able to identify core issues and move on, like the greats can, prepare for some
3/ pain along the way. Like my No Fear T-shirt I had as a kid said “Pain is weakness leaving the body.” On a completely separate note, bring back #NoFear gear! That shit was the best!

Fort has been all-in on acquiring Class B Industrial (CBI) since 2016.
Here's why in no particular order:
1. By nature of the era (70's - 90's) it was built, it is infill and surrounded by mature infrastructure. Transportation systems, major arteries, homes, commercial, hospitals, universities, etc.
One can’t over estimate the value of mature infrastructure surrounding a property.
2. Companies continue to optimize for being close to their customer so they can serve or deliver product faster.
Billions are invested annually to optimize the entire supply chain. As landlords, we benefit from these ever increasing efficiencies.
