Here’s the thing:

Every single one of these parents has the cash funds to pay for college. Or to give their kid five gap years until their kid is actually ready for college. Or both.

None of them needed to game the system.

They did it for ego and convenience.
Oh... yeah. So I have this weird interest in money laundering & real estate. It has almost nothing to do with my actual work, except I find the behavior of crime interesting.
