1/ Normally I would do a step by step breakdown of a transcript but this Strzok transcript isn't worth the effort......

Strzok thinks he's James Bond 007, thinks he's the greatest FBI agent to ever take a breath.
2/ Claims to be the utmost patriot, and a person of the highest moral standards...

That is of course being said by this arrogant prick when he is banging someone else's wife and screwing around on his won wife.
3/ but I will pull a few hign spot out of this quagmire of BS if I can.

Hillary Clinton was not a target, witness, subject or suspect during the investigation into her storage and sending of classified emails on her home server, according to these transcripts released…
4/ …today.

“She was not considered a target by the Justice Department, investigators saw her as a 'critical player,' she was not by any means the only person that we had an investigative interest in.”

Well obviously Strzok and his side piece Page weren't on the same…
5/ …page, pun intended, as to what their texts meant, she contradicted most of what he said. Most weren't even close to the same interpretations.
6/

In describing one text she sent to Strzok in which she told him he was fated to be investigating Trump to save the country from a “menace,” she told the Judiciary Committee the menace was Trump himself.
7/

Mr. Strzok, though, says he thought the menace she referred to was Russia. LOL Swing and a miss Pete the Cheat. He worked hard to try and prove he had no political bias and failed miserably.
8/

Strzok also disputed the meaning of the now-infamous text exchange where Page worried Trump would become president and he replied “No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it.”

Strzok said he didn’t mean that he would stop Mr. Trump.
9/ He said he didn’t recall specifically writing it, but says he now thinks the “we” he was talking about was the country at large.
10/

“My answer ‘No’ was my personal belief that I did not think he would be, My best sense looking at this text that I didn’t recall until I read it very recently, was that ‘we’ is my belief that the American people, there is no way that they’re going to elect him."
11/

“What it is not is any statement that I would ever consider, let alone take any official action, to impact the presidency of the United States, I have to much respect for our democracy to do that”

This guy is so full of himself it's unbelievable.
12/ He must be a master Yogi to be able to contort himself in such a way so easily he can blow himself in demand.
13/

Strzok also defended his texts in March 2016, before Clinton had defeated Sanders to win the Democratic nomination and before Trump had the GOP nomination, where he said she “should” win the White House 100 million to zero.
14/

"Oh I was just speaking in hyperbole it means nothing and in no way had any bias towards the current POTUS"...... This guy is so full of shit.
15/

Strzok actually defended his affair with Lisa Page, repeatedly denying the relationship presented a security risk when challenged by GOP investigative counsel Art Baker. He did confirm he was involved in an extramarital affair, there were people still denying he was.
16/

But Strzok was also asked by Art Baker, whether that affair could have made him "vulnerable to potential recruitment" by "hostile intelligence services." and his answer was just amazing.
17/

“Yeah, I don’t think I would characterize it that way, I think it is not so much any particular action as it is the way that action might be used to coerce or otherwise get somebody to do something.
18/ I can tell you that in no way would that extramarital affair have any power in coercing me to do anything other than obeying the law and doing honest, competent investigation.
19/ My dedication to duty is far superior to that of anyone trying to coerce me to break my oath"

The arrogance of this prick is off the charts. He is far superior than the average FBI agent, basically 10 ft tall and bullet proof.
20/

Art Baker continued to press Strzok as to whether the affair could have been a “vulnerability” should he have been approached by a foreign intelligence service and again his answer was hardly believable.
21/

“I would absolutely respond not, you know and, well getting into you know terms of art here, one argument is you would tell the service, 'Let me get back to you.' I would immediately go report that to my superiors and see how they wanted to follow up.
22/ But it is... I absolutely would not have been vulnerable or even let alone consider any sort of recruitment attempt.”

Strzok's attorney Aitan Goelman was disruptive throughout the entire session. Gowdy lost all patience with his ass pretty quickly.
23/ And without out hearing any audio, it's easy to see that Gowdy and Strzok likely hate each other.
24/ GOP senior counsel Ryan Breitenbach raised the affair topic again, asking Strzok whether the Justice Department or the FBI knew about his and Page’s “indiscretions.”

“I don’t know what they did or didn’t.
25/ I would tell you and I think why it’s relevant that why I’m saying this isn’t necessarily relevant is that my understanding of Bureau regulation is that, whatever morally you may think of an extramarital affair, it is not prohibited by Bureau regulation or policy.
26/ Certainly if somebody is in your chain of command, if there’s any sort of impropriety or favoritism, or things like that, it is.
27/ But simply an extramarital relationship is not,”

That's interesting because it's damn sure against the regulations of the DOJ and the US Marshal's Service, I can tell you that for a fact.
28/

Strzok was again asked whether he thinks his affair would have made him “susceptible to potential exploitation” by a foreign intelligence service. Strzok again said, “I do not.”
29/

“My existence of an extramarital affair is not anything that ever could’ve been used to coerce me, It is not anything that could have been used to, you know, blackmail me, or otherwise, you know, exploit a vulnerability. My moral fortitude is much stranger than that.”
30/

Once again ths is coming from a guy with "superior moral fortitude" that's banging another FBI who happens to be married as well as himself. Amazing the arrogance of this prick.
31/

Strzok was asked whether the FBI or Mueller’s office knew of their relationship when they were transferred from the team.

“I don’t know the answer to how widely that was or was not known within the FBI, and I just don’t... having answered that a couple of times now,…
32/ …truly, I can’t tell you... I mean, outside of the setting and everything going on, this has been... and the use and publicity of all this, extraordinarily painful and harmful and hurtful to my family. And I just don’t want to continue engaging in that process.”
33/

Tough shit asshole you should have thought about that when you stepped out on your family. And it's not the publicity that's hurting them, it was your actions you prick. He's lucky Louie Gohmert was silent during this closed door session.
34/

Strzok argued that he “never took resources off one and put it onto the other” but that “a hostile foreign power seeking to clandestinely influence our presidential election” was a far graver threat than the charge that Clinton was mishandling classified information.
35/ …He was asked again about the “insurance policy” in the event Trump won the election — Strzok said he had not 'meant' to convey deep animus against Trump but instead to stress to Page that "the polls showing Trump was not likely to win “should not get in the way of us…
36/ …doing our job responsibly to protect the national security.”
37/ That's a different explanation than a couple of other times. I think I'm up to three different expanation of the insurance policy by Strzok alone. Lisa Page had her own version as well.
38/

Then came a strange part of the hearing that I had to reread a couple of times to try and get a grasp on what in the hell he was trying to get at. Describing in vague terms the conversations at the FBI around the time the Russia investigation was opened, Strzok said…
39/ …there was debate about protecting some human source, and "Page" argued that because it was unlikely Trump would get elected, investigators could move slowly and not put the source at risk. Strzok said he made the counterargument, that if Trump won and people alleged to be…
40/ …involved in nefarious activity were put in national security positions, “we might need to protect America by finding out whether these allegations are accurate or not and making sure that the government, President Trump in that case, was making special or appropriate…
41/ …decisions. We had to protect the country at all costs, that's why the pressure was on text.”
42/ He was pressed on this so called source he was still protecting. And Gowdy called him out on it, saying if you have a real source let's have it, Trump was elected, come on save us, out this source!
43/ No response

Strzok also talked about Comey initially concluded Clinton had shown “gross negligence” in how she handled classified information a finding that could lead to charges but dialed that back to “extreme carelessness” by the time he finished his memo.
44/

No mention of pressure from the DOJ like his girlfriend said. He was asked about any influence and he gave the canned bureau answer. This guy quoted the FBI mission statement a 100 times in his testimony all day long. He wanted to be director one day.
45/

He was asked in general terms whether he had “ever been part of the FBI’s efforts to infiltrate a U.S. political campaign” or “been part of an effort to put a spy in a U.S. political campaign,” Strzok said "No.".... Really?
46/ This guy is a piece of work. He hid behind not being able to talk about per DOJ counsel on everything really important. Granted he was still employed by the FBI he just couldn't go into the JEH building, he was assigned to HR basically on house arrest.
47/ They DX's his card key to even get in the building. This dude's ego when he described losing all his clearance was amazing, he was like how dare they, I'm Super Agent. Time to deal with the Kramer/Steele stuff Strzok was a joke
48/ Full disclosure while reading this transcript I could literally hear the prick's nasally tone in my head. He has one of those voices you don't forget.
