I'm sure, the more I think about it, that I am right here. At no point does Barr establish a negative "the SCO found they did not collude". It's the other way around. "The SCO did not establish collusion" "did not find" "did not determine" -- because it CAN'T. Crimes need trials!
It fits perfectly with what is in Barr's letter if the Mueller Report is a damning "indictment" of Team Treason on collusion, with each member referred for trial. Because an indictment is not a conviction. How could Mueller say Don Jr colluded with Russia ***BEFORE A TRIAL***?
He can't! No prosecutor could! Only a jury can convict on a serious crime! The Mueller Report will read like one giant @FBI indictment, and Mueller will say he did not establish collusion he referred these cases for trial!
