Stories will be planted, twisted, embellished to manipulate noncritical thinking and negative emotions. Attacking a leader's strong moral qualities (e.g. Swiftboating of Kerry), will be most effective. Watch for Repub Disgust Machine to plant such stories about Warren, Harris and
then repeat, repeat like a drumbeat rhythm, esp stories that resonate in primal emotion centers in brain, to create Disgust. The stories don't have to be true, they just have to be repeated. Eventually they will cause the Hillary Effect, feeling Disgust for someone but being
unable to pinpoint exactly why, "just something about her I don't like or don't trust." And once citizens feel Disgust, they will never support that person. It will be interesting to observe exactly what moral qualities will be weaponized against women.

explained what was wrong with it.

AOC is the archetypal heroine Athena, loved, desired, and feared by mortal men. She was the Goddess of Wisdom, Political Strategy, and Heroic Endeavors, protector of civilized life, law, and justice. Beautiful, independent, and heroic, she is Patriarchy's biggest fear.
Also, Patriarchy rests on a foundation of racism and misogyny. AOC as a woman of color representing the poor and working class is the Heroine of The Common Good, the political antithesis of the white, male, privileged Hero of Patriarchy. This is why she is feared and reviled.
Resisters need to use every political tool we have to win in 2020. Women especially need all the tools we can use to counter all elements of the Disgust Campaigns Repubs will throw our way towards women candidates.
