3/ In their words,"... innovative development finance should be linked to the process of globalization, either through taxing sectors considered to have gained most from globalization, such as the financial sector, or by taxing global public “bads”, such as carbon emissions.
4/ This document then goes on to PROPOSE the Carbon Tax & offers an approximate amount of $$$BILLIONS that they plan to rake in. $250 Billion of potential revenue from the US alone.
5/ I came to learn throughout this reading that "Millenium Development Goals" is actually "Agenda21" which they admittedly say they were "falling short" on funding for in order to meet their targets.
6/ THIS is the reason they created the Climate Model... to scare people into opening their wallets.
