Kushner tried to play the artful dodger, but @jonathanvswan wouldn’t let up and pinned him down in numerous spots, including getting Kushner to claim publicly for the first time that he never once spoke to Trump about his security clearance.

Particularly revealing was the moment when @jonathanvswan listed the litany of MBS’s alleged crimes: the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, the torture of women’s rights activists, the kidnapping of the Lebanese prime minister, the bombing of Yemeni civilians. Kushner didn’t even flinch.
