...how did it over a long period of time translate and publish articles by this fake persona whose agenda is promoting MEK?
It is widely known that Saudis are funding MEK activities and it is a fact that Al-Arabya is a Saudi state media. So the question is...
...why VOA Persian web manager or its director violated VOA's rules and basically followed the Saudis in promoting the MEK through publishing the fake Heshmat's articles?
Were they fooled by the Saudis? Why VOA Persian managers never investigated even once that if such a person exists?
Or promoting him through translating and publishing his articles from Al-arabiya was an intentional attempt to circumvent VOA's guidelines and...

VOA Persian needs real, educated and professional journalists to make editorial decisions. Integrity among the editorial team and top mangers is the key to improve its image among the Iranians around the world.
