One of Jared Kushner’s companies has received $90m in foreign funding from “an opaque offshore vehicle” since Kushner entered the White House, reports @jonswaine: theguardian.com/us-news/2019/j…
“The money came through a vehicle run by Goldman Sachs in the Cayman Islands, a tax haven that guarantees corporate secrecy.” Well, that certainly sounds legitimate.
Multiple Middle East sources told me in April that there would be a June payment from the Qatar Investment Authority to a Kushner vehicle through off-shore funds. Is this it?
A reminder: Cadre is a real-estate-investing start-up Jared founded with his brother Josh. Jared had not divested from Cadre, and he did not disclose that fact on his initial financial disclosure forms.
Kushner’s lawyer later said Cadre had been included under BFPS Ventures. BFPS stands for “Brothers First, Partners Second”—a profit-sharing agreement Kushner allegedly has had with his brother in which each brother gives 50% of any profits to the other.

More conflicts of interest: Jared Kushner met in the White House in the spring of 2017 with then-Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein, a Cadre investor. I believe this kind of frenetic networking is why Kushner pushed to have the White House visitor logs closed on April 14, 2017.
Kushner’s “Office of American Innovation” is nothing more than crony capitalism—an excuse for him to get to hobnob with Big Business. I go into that in #KushnerInc: Image
The connections here—Cadre, Blankfein, Goldman Sachs, Qatar—are incredible. Dems and ethics watchdogs should be taking a VERY close look at all of this.
