I like @Uncle_Jimbo, but threats—especially those made empty by ongoing gridlock—are worse than useless. Instead, how about we actually #MAGA and unleash 22 @GOP trifectas on the project of building freer, more vibrant network and financial alternatives in the heartland?
Imagine 22 states with laws on the books dropping coastal vendors who inhibit freedom, breaking telecom monopolies on broadband deployment, embracing open source software in state and municipal operations, and prohibiting banks from dropping customers engaged in lawful commerce?
Conservatives can continue to play small ball, lazily searching for silver bullets and watch their prospects diminish or they can commit to the hard work of actually making America great again by actually building something.
@getongab has spent two years pulling this off while under vociferous fire from progtard Internet monopolies. You’d think, maybe, the pundits might ask how we got to the point where an American company engaged in lawful community building could nearly be booted from the Internet.
Federally licensed firearms dealers wake up in the morning to find their banks have booted them out of the financial system. Yet only one state (Louisiana) has even take halting steps towards addressing the matter (and they still haven’t solved the problem).
The time for sitting back and letting purple haired metroscum dictate who can and can’t participate in the American economy is done. Either get to building or go wait to die in the corner.
