I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that a lawyer hired as Flynn's defense counsel for more than two years, all that time he was cooperating with the Mueller SC, getting a deal in exchange for his cooperation against Kian & others, is a gov't witness in this case.
I simply cannot compute this.
HOW did the Gov't manage to pull THIS off?

Remember about a week and a half ago the news broke that all of a sudden the gov't lawyers handling the case wanted to charge Gen. Flynn as a co conspirator?

And the judge wouldn't allow it?
And now we find out Flynn's own lawyer may have been batting for the OTHER TEAM all along.
And now I'm being told Kelner's relationship with Flynn PRE-DATES the Mueller SC investigation.

Kelner was the lawyer for the Flynn Intel Group. He was involved in the lobbying activities that pre-dated Flynn joining the Trump campaign.

It would mean Flynn/Kelner/Kian all have a **prior relationship**.

It would mean a huge **conflict of interest**.

How was Kelner allowed to be retained by Flynn as his counsel if he's **involved** in the issues being investigated?
Is that how it works?

"After spending 2 1/2 years getting my client the best deal in exchange for his cooperation helping the gov't build a case against Kian, I'll just sashay on over to the witness stand and testify against this guy myself." 🤷‍♂️
I don't think that's how it works, but I'm not a lawyer, so what do I know?

going to bed......tomorrow is another day....
