When I was away for the last two weeks of June, caring for my Mom, The #FriendlyFrontYards went uncut...and grew and grew. Shaggy that is.

Here it is right before I left
Here it is on the 1st of July, when I returned:
I made a MISTAKE @TWITTER. You can see that when i mowed the lawn on July 1st...from 4" to 3" to 2"...the grass was still lush.

I should have stopped there.

I should have AERATED.

I should have fertilized as I normally do with Espoma's organic fertilizers.

But noooooo...
At the beginning of a month-long Heat-Wave...

I mowed down to 0.5"

I didn't aerate.

I didn't fertilize.

And I am repenting🙏🏻⚡️📯
Last night, I fertilized with Espoma's Summer Fertilizer

espoma.com/product/summer…
The question is...

At this point...I am divided between

Plan A. Aerating & reseeding

Plan B. Tilling, Leveling & Reseeding

Note-2-Self: it's still Christmas in July somewhere. My Mint and Melons are doing GREAT☀️
