It's not clear to me if the Russians were working with Cambridge Analytica. Both groups were definitely pushing Trump though.

I don't know if any voters were swayed, but I do know that their attempts were an attack on our democracy.
Given that it's been in his company, I have to imagine that it was either his suggestion or he outright set it up.
