One of the flaws I think we have at Lambda School right now: we need to be more proactive in talking with students about the feedback they leave.

We get it, read it, talk about it, but we need to do a better job of making sure the students know that's happening.
It's especially important when, for a good reason students may not understand, we make the decision to not go with what students think we ought to.

Sometimes we have data or information they don't, and the students don't know that.

We need to do better.
I'm gonna spend a lot more time tweeting about the things that are broken at Lambda School and what we're doing to fix them. There's a lot, of course.
It's easy for the outward appearance of a startup to be "everything is perfect" when inside it's really 100+ people trying to make things as best they can, but of course it's nowhere near perfect.

Even our success stories come through bumps along the way.
