There are questions coming regarding me voting for leave.
1. I have never voted leave, I am not allowed to vote leave - Polish passport holder. 2. I have backed up idea (2016) supporting British farmers, buying local produce; as lots of people from the industry know..

4. If you would listen whole series of BBC Breakfast, you will also noticed, I was always supporting immigration, I always was and will be believing UK needs talented & hard working people coming here and work together! UK Can not work without migrants. @RemainerNow
I can see how wrong BREXIT is and how much damage already have created,if others would open their eyes and change their views, we could still stop this madness. All what I do now is trying to bring awareness to those who really need help, this who might not be aware what's coming

🍞 It’s 6 am and I am in the kitchen, finishing sourdough bread, it’s naturally fermented dough, rested for already 12 hours. Temperature must be controlled and dough aerated - you need skill to make sure bacteria grows well
Also today is a Fat Thursday, we have over 609 doughnuts to make and get them ready for collection from 12 o’clock, better get going!
This is folded and aerated sourdough, now need to be rested in approx 27c for 2hours. Couple more folds and then ready for 2 hours proving and baking.
🚨 You can’t use automation to make this, its labour of love, skill, time and patience.
