I know any news about Ginsberg’s health instantly creates many self-taught diagnosticians, but I though I would throw in my two cents, given the information made publicly available. My guess is that they noticed high blood glucose, and suspected a Somatostatinoma.
The only information that has been made publicly available is that “routine blood tests” (likely a CBC and BMP, nothing fancy) hinted at a tumor, and that it requires the placing of a stent in her bile duct.
The bile duct stent hints at the location of the tumor. The bile duct passes through the head and ampula of the pancreas, so a tumor in this location could potentially obstruct the duct and require stenting.
The fact that they suspected the tumor from “routine blood tests” hints that it is likely a pNET that would excrete a hormone to alter normal blood chemistry (like changing blood glucose levels) rather than a more deadly pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
Somatostatinomas commonly arise in the head or ampulla of the pancreas, and can be noticed by elevated blood glucose on a routine BMP (because excessive secretion of Somatostatin reduces insulin release). So in my opinion, this was the likely diagnosis.
When caught early (like in this case, because the cancer was localized and without metastasis), Somatostatinomas have a very good prognosis (unlike the most common pancreatic cancers). Justice Ginsburg is likely to beat this.
And this is a good thing. I want Ginsburg’s senate seat filled by a Constitutionalist, but it is better for her and America as a whole that she eventually retires rather than suffers a tragedy.
*”Supreme Court seat” not “senate seat”(autocorrect fails me too often)

Perhaps the British government wanted to correct CNN’s story about the Dossier, when @jaketapper broke it on January 10th? But the FBI told the British “no, don’t contact CNN”?
Patrick C. Harris was the acting US Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, starting March 13, 2017 and ending when replaced by Cody Hiland later that year.
This is old news, but I’d love for my followers to fill-in threads in the comments:
I’m still curious about #MAGABomber Cesar Sayoc. I wish we had more information about the following: 1) What was the “energetic material” in the tubes?
2) How much additional work would it take to convert the clock to a detonator?
3) Where were the materials purchased? (We has video of Jussie Smoletts friends buying rope).
4) What locations were the packages mailed from?
5) How did Sayoc get the addresses to send the packages? (Particularly, how did Sayoc get Soros’ address, and other home addresses. What wasn’t publicly available?)
Just listened to @tracybeanz commenting on this tweet. It may be confusing to those who don’t hunt, but migratory birds are commonly banded to track population numbers. Dove season started last weekend in many states. @ChuckGrassley likely found a bird wounded by a hunter.
This is the DIOG that would be current for when Strzok opened CH it was publicly posted to the FBI records vault September 14th, 2016. vault.fbi.gov/FBI%20Domestic…
