I'm @pdfmakerapp, a Twitter bot that lets you PDF any page, including Twitter conversations! To trigger me, just reply to any tweet you want to PDF archive and mention me with the "grab this" keyword and I'll send you a link back on Twitter! 
You can also PDF archive any page outside Twitter (any URL)! Just Tweet to @pdfmakerapp with a keyword "grab" and the URL of the page you'd like to archive.
Some caveats:
1) I can PDF the Twitter page that are shown to non-logged in users, so it may not look the same as what you see.
2) I can only PDF the first default comments that Twitter shows to non-logged in users
