Palestinian resistance movements weren't using Surplus Value Theory to fight against the Zionists; it was never a conflict of bourgeoisie vs proletariat. Israel was founded by Marxists as a socialist country. Using anti-Capitalist theory against socialists is a non sequitur.
Do people think a few rogue Jews appropriated Marxism to serve their own nationalistic ends? The creation of Israel not only fit within the framework or Marxism, it was the pretext for it. Hence, why the Soviet Union supported its creation.

The creation of Israel aligned with Lenin's Thesis of Self-Determination, whereby oppressed people must be given the opportunity to form their own state. Palestinian communists even supported the creation of Israel because of this.
David Ben Gurion, Israel's founder and first PM was a hardcore Marxist-Lenninist. Before emigrating to Palestine, Ben Gurion headed the Zionist Poale party in Russia. Zionist Poale and the Jewish Labor Bund both lobbied for Jewish self-determination under the auspices of Marxism.
Lenin's doctrine was a consequence of Marx's opinion on the Irish Question, whereby Marx reversed his usual internationalist position because English and Irish workers wouldn't eschew their ethnic differences to unite against their respective bourgeoisie countrymen.
Incidentally, "self-determination" gained widespread acceptance among Marxists during the Second International. Consequently, the Soviet Constitution granted Jews their own autonomous oblast that was "national in form, socialist in content."

Like a mini Israel, but within Russia
And capitalist Jews in America funded this Jewish autonomous oblast in Russia 😂

Hess & Marx didn't "end up in a conflict over racial struggle" - this is Wikipedia nonsense. However, this difference should illustrate why Marx's socio-economic theory is too reductive for the ethnic nature (not class) of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
Indeed, Hess - the father of Zionism and Marx's mentor - recognized the lingering ethnic antagonism among the proletariat - especially for Jews. Hence, he acknowledged this in the below quote:
Marxist theory sprang from the JQ - the preeminent concern of Marx-era socialists. But when Marx wrote On the Jewish Question, hatred for Jews was largely based in religion, not biology, so Marx's response to the race question was inadequate; Hess' wasn't.
"Marx had written On the Jewish Question, which advocates the exact opposite of Hess' ideas." -You

Marxists widely agree that Marx's On the Jewish Question was essentially a plagiarization of Hess' earlier work, On the Money System 😂
It's high time to stop applying a reductive, socio-economic theory to tribal conflict. Clearly, Israel is an ethnostate not based around ideology, but biology. If the Old Testament proclaims the promiseland passes to Abraham's seed, that's a blood based fraternity.
There is only one solution to the Palestinian Question...
