It takes two to conversate.

You’ll find that when a girl likes you, it’s much easier to hold down a conversation because she’s contributing on her part and leaving enticing “conversation bait” - to make it tempting for you to keep talking to her.
When a woman is disinterested then she’ll:

- give one worded responses,
- only say what is absolutely necessary,
- give you little to work with,
- pretend to be mentally challenged/ deaf,

to avoid getting “trapped” in a conversation with a man she perceives to be of low worth.
Beautiful women have to reject many men simply because they are bombaraded with more options than they have time for.

To cut through the noise, be radically different in a positive way; be a head-and-shoulders above the competition.
This also depends on your city. I do Daygame in NYC where women have been conditioned to be rude to strangers unless approached smoothly.
