Is the economic condition of #Pakistan the reason behind the religious fanaticism of its citizens at large
Has #Pakistan establishment intentionally kept the economy in doldrums over the years so that it’s easy to drive citizens towards this fanaticism
Can this #Pakistan template be very easily applied in any country by an establishment that seeks absolute control over its citizens and their thought process
Then how would the citizens know if they are being driven down this template. Aren’t repeated disastrous economic policy decisions and intentionally not taking obvious corrective measures not enough signs that the citizens can identify #EconomyCrisis

This is how bad governance makes you poor without you even getting a hint
Your income grows. Essential goods prices grow by higher %. Your increased salary now buys lesser essentials than your earlier salary. Trend continues for few years and you keep getting poorer each year
You get into debt trap to maintain lifestyle. A part of your income now goes in serving the loans. More loans you take to sustain lifestyle, lesser of available income you have left. The only way is to accept that the income has reduced and thus the lifestyle has to.
Crony capitalism is the root cause but accepting that takes a lot of root cause analysis which everyone doesn’t do. And since most of us work for capitalists and take false pride in the growth of our capitalist thinking that it also means our growth which is rarely the case.
In India there’s Maruti, the grand old company and there’ve been GM n Ford.
GM/Ford thrived momentarily on 1 or 2 star models Ikon, Ecosport, Astra, Endevour some names generation of today doesn’t even know. But they thrived despite their shitty service n product reliability.
Maruti on the other hand focused on holistic approach. Reliable products, after sales service network, resale value. They had early mover advantage but they retained their core character n are still going strong while GM n Ford n now Toyota almost out of the scene
What if Maruti, seeing success of Ecosport, Qualis, Cruze etc had decided to go down the same path. 1 or 2 killer products & all out marketing to make people drool over, despite service or reliability. What if they’d let go of their formidable after sales service organisation.
A tweet that exemplifies how minds of a vulnerable section is being manipulated and brainwashed. States imaginary yes ‘imaginary’ scenarios of how Hindus are being targeted. Read replies to see how easy it is to normalise imaginary fear in the vulnerables in the name of religion.
Above tweet prompted me to dig deep into the modus operandi of these religio political influencers and realised, they have been at their dirty game for quite long. The seeds of social divide we are facing today were sown long back and these poison ivys are at full bloom today
A constant flow of doctored content with leading narration (most important).
E.g. below video that mostly shows quite harmless clips (>80%) but the narration tries to portray all of it as anti Hindu. ‘How’ doesn’t matter coz they aren’t targeting open minds, just prejudiced ones.
India is fast turning into US in epidemic severity scenario. There is nothing that is being done or deliberated to stop us from getting there.
Govt action being touted as achievement has only been, delaying that by about 2 months and govt seems to be very very pleased with just that.
Plus they are very happy that they appear very Brave in the international eyes for acting bravely to sacrifice economy, jobs and poor lives, to enforce what appeared as the glamorous (if you remember how countries going into lockdown were portrayed) solution 2.5 months back.
I see religion as a cancer for politics (not the only disease that exists but definitely the worst)
India saw the outcome of religion based politics 72 yrs back and decided to bury it. For 50yrs it stayed buried with the will of people till the other diseases ran havoc
In last 20 yrs this cancer started rising from the grave masquerading as a cure for other diseases and gullible citizens started adopting it. And that’s what “I Think” is happening.
This deception also had one more characteristic and that was, the narrative that religion based politics had never gone away. That politicians in power for fist 60 yrs used it against the majority religion. This again is the stupidest narrative one could believe (but many do).
I don’t read content on your site coz I don’t pay you guys but I want to read your content and want to pay you for that.
What stops me from doing it is the fear that 5-10 years down the line what’s the guarantee that your channel will not turn into another AajTak or ABP.
Maybe you won’t turn it into one but you have no obligation to not sell it for hefty price once it becomes popular.
So I fear that I may become a contributor to making another propagandist media house either for RW or LW govt coz for me all govts are same. Media should question all govt’s alike and not be their stooges and never their mouthpiece.
