What would a good, useful and autism-friendly Autism Charitable Organisation actually be like, were one to exist?

A vaguely passive-aggressive thread about how too many charities are pants. /thread
1. It would not refer to accepting #autism diagnosis of your child as 'grieving' for the child you thought they were.
2. It would have a CEO and leadership team at least 50% of whom would be #autistic themselves. At least. I'm being conservative here guys.
3. It would support all #autistic people, including those who hold the idea of #Neurodiversity dear to them.
4. It would be fully transparent about funding and outgoings, with no shady links to dodgy organisations. #autism
5. It wouldn't pour a disproportionate amount of money into researching 'cures' for #autism.
6. It would promote research into the full life experience of #autistic people, from birth to death and everything in between, rather than focusing on school children.
7. It would categorically explain the importance of vaccination and their irrelevance to #autism
8. It would treat #autistic people with respect and care, 100% of the time.
9. It would fund #autism training led by #autistic people for all sectors.
10. It would choose a symbol of representation that was far more widely accepted by the #autistic population, rather than a bloody jigsaw piece.
11. It would raise awareness of adult #autistic experience with the public.
