Good afternoon, Threadnought - we've got more filings!

I'm sure @shane_holmberg will have them up in the very near future. Both of the filings are Notices of Intent to Serve Subpoenas.
@shane_holmberg The first is involves @BHBHLaw ; the second involves @TyBeard10 personally.
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 I don't have a lot of time right now, but this should be fairly simple to cover. The bulk of each document is boilerplate which I will not go through now, and will only cover if there is both interest from people and I find time (probably not before tomorrow).
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 The key portion of each document, which details what Lemoine is seeking appears to be identical in both documents:
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 Quick thoughts:
(1) We're about to find out whether Nick was telling the truth to various people - including us - about whether or not he was representing Vic.
(2) Ty will object, for sure. I look forward to his calm, measured, and thoroughly-researched response.
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 (3) Nothing requested appears likely to fall within either attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine. These are not communications with the client, and even if the client was CCed a third party is involved.
(4) Work product doctrine also appears unlikely to apply.
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 (5) All that said, I'm sure the plaintiff's lawyers are about to display considerable creativity.

(6) 👇
@shane_holmberg @BHBHLaw @TyBeard10 Think that should cover it.

Yeah, as MDM and Akiva have pointed out, I'm wrong on work product - some of what could fall under "documents" may well be work product.
