Sharad Purnima was born by moon, Kartik Dwadashi was born to Kamadhenu cow, Trayodashi to Dhanvantari, Chaturdashi to Kali Mata and Amavasya to Bhagwati Lakshmi ji appeared in the ocean. Dhanvantari also emerged on this day.
That is why, two days before Deepawali, Kartik Trayodashi Dhanteras is reputed to be the creator of Adi, the preservation of life, health, healthy life of creatures.

Dhanvantari, the God of Vaidya Arogya, who was a doctor of Ayurveda, discovered amritamay medicines.
His descendants were Divodas who established the world's first school of surgery in Kashi, the principal of which was appointed Sushruta. Sushruta was the only disciple of Divodas and the son of sage Vishwamitra, who wrote the Sushruta Samhita.
Sushruta was the world's first surgeon ie surgeon.

Dhanvantari is mentioned in various forms in the early texts of Ayurveda, Sushrutra Samhita Charak Samhita, Kashyapa Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya.
Apart from this, other Ayurvedic texts Bhava Prakash, Shargadhar and other books contemporary to him have also highlighted the connection of Dhanvantari in the quoted episodes of Ayurveda.
Dhanvantari is mentioned in three forms - Dhanvantari I, Dhanvanti's son Dhanvantari II and Kashiraj Divodas Dhanvantari III, born of Samudra Manthan.

According to the legend of Harivansh Purana festival 1 chapter 29,
the lineage tradition of Dhanvantari is as follows -
Kash-longitapa-dhanva-dhanvantari-ketuman-bhimrath (Bhimsen) -divodas-pratardana-vatsa-alark. (Harivansh Purana festival 1 chapter 29)
विष्णुपुराण में यह थोड़ी भिन्न है-

Dhanvantari was the son of King Maharaj Dhanva of Kashi. He did important research on surgery. His great-grandson Divodas scoured them and preached to the disciples of Sushruta etc.
In this way, the Sushruta Samhita is not the corporeal form of the scientific life of all three, but Dhanvantari, Divodas and Sushruta.

The biggest scientific experiment in Dhanvantari's life is that of nectar.
The urn of nectar is associated with his life. That is also the gold urn. Dhanvantari had mentioned the use of making nectar in the golden vessel itself. He said that for the destruction of the slightest death, Brahma and other gods had invented the nectar called Soma.
Sushruta mentions their chemical use. There is a hundred types of death in the sect of Dhanvantari. There is only one death in them, diagnosis and treatment are the only attempts to prevent the remaining premature death.
