More than 4300 precision weapons have been used on Daesh targets, with our Tornado, Typhoon and Lightning fighter jets conducting armed reconnaissance missions over Iraq and Syria #DefeatDaesh Image
The UK has also helped to train over 99,000 members of the Iraqi Security Forces in infantry, engineering and medical skills, as well as how to counter IEDs.

Between the 18-19 November 2023 Russia launched around 50 Iranian-designed Shahed one way-attack uncrewed aerial vehicles, primarily towards Kyiv. These were launched in waves on two axes – from the Kursk to the east, and from Krasnodar to the south-east. (1/4)
