Good Morning #threadnought - New Filings!!

Both the Toye/Rial and Marchi fees motions are in. I'm purchasing and uploading now; will post links in a minute.

I'll do the bottom-line numbers in this thread, and then separate threads for each motion's substantive content.
Oh my - the first page of each motion has a color photo.
Here's the link for (and photo from) Lemoine's submission:

And the link for (and photo from) Sam Johnson's:

Bottom line numbers, including earned fees and contingent fees for initial appeal but not for cert petition:

Earned fees:
Funimation: $168,941
Toye/Rial: $259,713
Marchi: $48,138

Total: $476,792 (approximately 185% of current GFM total).
Incurred costs:
Funimation: $7504
Toye/Rial: $11,980
Marchi: $354

Total: $19,838
Cumulative: $496,630
Contingent fees for CoA appeal only:
Funimation: $50,000
Toye/Rial: $55,000
Marchi: $37,500

Total: $142,500
Cumulative: $639,130
If we assume, arbitrarily, that Judge Chupp imposes a 20% haircut on all the fees - I think it will be less - Vic's still looking at more than half a million if he appeals and loses and is smart enough to quit at that point; and nearly $400k if he quits now.
And that's before sanctions - total minimum requested sanctions are $175,000. Sanctions, as I've said, could be considerably less than that. But the fees number is likely to be close to what was requested.
I'll start a thread for the Toye/Rial motion shortly.
