Twitter is not the place to reconcile the differences between Christian beliefs and non-Christian beliefs. However, since you've mentioned Judaism a few times in your tweets, I'll address them.
First, Judeo-Christianity is a misnomer and a relatively recent invention (~200 years). It was a term invented to help Christians convert Jews, but later used in the 20th century to reduce religious animosity for Jews. There's actually little continuity between the two religions.
Second, the "spiritual Jews" verse from Romans 2 is specifically apropos to being beneficiaries of God's promise. Otherwise, if Christians were actual "spiritual Jews," they would be "children of hell" as proclaimed by Jesus 👇
Third, the salvation of Jews, from a purely Christian perspective, is independent of Christians and their salvation. Christians believe that only God can elect, and the condition of God's election is based on Jews' faith that Jesus is the Messiah.
Fourth, "enemy love" is often misconstrued if not taken in full context. God instructs his followers to overcome evil with good, but will seek recompense for wrongdoing through his servants (authorities/rulers). He also instructs his followers to hate evil.
Fifth, the donkey prophecy originated in Leviticus, written 2 centuries before the rise of Rome.

Need a citation on the gospel serving as anti-Roman propaganda. A theory does exist that Jews implemented Christianity such that they could collect the temple tax from more subjects.
