If you ever wonder "Why is 'The Brexit Party' a limited company rather than a Political Party?"

Well here's a big clue: Maybe a thread, maybe I'll do some real work.

Now, not only do they get to "trade" past the election; they don't even have to file their accounts until summer 2020. So it's likely to be Autumn 2020 before anyone can interrogate their finances.

They'll also be able to publish extremely limited information

Manipulation of the Balance sheet would allow a certain level of divestment to keep the balance under £316,000 requires some creativity; but NOTHING ILLEGAL (currently), whilst turnover remains over the £632,000***

***We do not know if "Donations" are being filed as income.

We WONT know until 2020. So you get to work a whole 18 months behind reality. And that's where it gets interesting for Farage....

In it JOB discusses NF's involvement in a company (FARAGE LIMITED Company number 04659240) with tax improprieties, which attempted to go bust owing thousands.

So let's try to get a snapshot; from the final meeting. And straight away; here is evidence that @Nigel_Farage was involved in unlawful payment of dividends. First page. Right here. But it gets so so so much better.

@Nigel_Farage Here's unsecured creditors. These are generally what are known as Trade debtors on other people's books. Farage owes these people money, but instead of paying them, he paid himself a unlawful dividend, didn't pay it back, and stiffed them for 87% of their expectations.

@Nigel_Farage Now again, I'm not saying, for one second, that @Nigel_Farage did anything illegal, or indeed that his co-conspirators, or as we call them "other directors" engaged in anything illegal.

What he was party to was the stiffing of several other companies.

Well if I am honest. You can expect a missed filing date, and a notification of wind up. Potentially before any accounts are EVEN DUE.

Once the election is over, Brexit Party Limited can be wound up. it has no purpose

@Nigel_Farage We may never know if they counted "Donations" as "Income"; or what they paid themselves as directors. Whether or not dividends were unlawful. Or ultimately; what happened to the money that 351 candidates gave to Mr Farage.

They don't have to report loans to the Electoral Commission. Which is staggering given the questions around loans provided to Leave.EU from one @Arron_Banks

I'm not saying this is going to happen. I'm certainly not even inferring it based on his previous record.
