I'd say that people claiming it's going to be a dud based on an article from the New York Times are being really foolish and should wait to read the report themselves rather than taking the fakest newspaper on the planets word for it.
Yes.

What sources?

And it doesn't bother me too much that Page wasn't interviewed because it's about what happened to him not anything he did himself. I'd like to see him testify before Grahams committee though and I'm sure he will get the opportunity.
I don't see how the report will be a dud when its already spawned a criminal investigation (Durham) and the evidence we already have in the public domain is damning. I do think that some people will focus on a few lines in a conclusion and ignore the other 1k pages of info though
Horowitz doesn't indict, he recommends to the DOJ for prosecution. We'll have to wait to see what Durham does with his recommendations, of which we already know one big one (Clinesmith) and that doesn't appear to be the only one based on prior reports
Also, these quotes from the New York Times spin article and the WAPO spin article acknowledge that there is damaging information in it to their narratives but they don't elaborate because their job is to try to downplay it as no big deal before anyone gets a chance to read it.
And it's getting really boring to hear from a bunch of people that didn't read the last report and called it a whitewash, when it led to the firing/resignations of Strzok/Page and other top FBI employees from both the Mueller team and the FBI and McCabes current legal troubles.
