They're removing accounts that have been inactive for 6 months or more that don't login after being warned. It'll be interesting to see how many followers big accounts lose that I suspect bought most of their followers. Won't be all at once, over a few months they said.
Some of these chucklehead blue checkmarks and media accounts have hundreds of thousands of followers to millions and get hardly any likes or retweets. I think it'll be very informative to see their numbers before and after this purge. Just to look on the bright side here.
One negative here (of which there are many) will be that this removes peoples accounts that are deceased for longer than six months. That's sad. Some people are probably going to be very upset that they won't have access to their loved ones memories preserved on the accounts.
