Criminal investhigations are done based on medico legal evidence including postmortem findings,circumstancial & crime scene evidence.All the forensic findings of Raudha's death points to a clear case of murder
But the Bangladesh CID,PBI & Maldives PCIDD conclude her death as a suicide based on few missed call given to her mobile by her boyfriend Shahi,a message she send to discourage him call her,a photo taken with him on Culcutta Howarah Bridge & a fake postmortem report
The report was prepared by a team of 3 doctors & 2 of them belong to Islamic Bank Medical College.The college has done a lot to stage her death as suicide. No body has seen her hanging & the ligature mark on her neck does not match with the scarf.
Forensic science is not new. It has a long & important history, with documented origins beginning at least 5000 years ago when Imhotep, Chief Justice & Physician for an early Egyptian Pharaoh, recognized & integrated the sciences of law & medicine, as they existed at that time
PCIDD did not visit the crime scene or did not take the forensic evidence to conclude her death investigation but instead telling lies & playing political games.I want the truth & justice to my daughter
Raudha has no reason to commit suicide for a boy friend.Shahi Qani was not her first boy friend.She would not kill her self for a guy whom she met for a couple of months & in a distant relationship.
Raudha is matured & intelligent enough to carry a relationship instead of loosing her mind for a boy. How many Maldivians commit suicide in the last 20 years loosing a boy or girl friend?Infact her dead body & the crime scene tell the complete picture of murder
Raudha was brought up with love & care attended the best schools & spend most of her life with me & family at India.She was loved by all and got success in both academic,sports & other activities.She got top 10 in O'Level exam & got MBBS seat on merit. 
She worked at Senhiya Military hospital & Indira Gandhi Memorial hospital as a clinical assistant before joining Islamic Bank Medical college for MBBS.She was a girl who was dreaming to become a great doctor
She never told anyone she would suicide & didn't leave a suicide note.Even in the message she send Shahi she did't say she would kill her self.She call to her friend at Malaysia that night around 10:30 Bangladesh time & told her also she would come Male' next month for vacation
Then how & on what logic or medical or forensic evidence the PCIDD conclude her death as suicide based on a fake postmortem report.
Even the Rajshahi government medical college Forensic doctor who signed her autopsy report told that she would not commit suicide.Then why he signed a postmortem autopsy report in which all evidence of murder is destroyed.
Postmortem has to be done following a standard protocol.There is no radiological evidence,no X Ray or CT scan ,pathological or DNA evidence or autopsy evidence.The report was only a piece of paper with distorted facts & signed by 3 doctors.
Our family members saw the injury marks on her face :a 2 inch contusion on her chin, bruise marks caused by manual strangulation(3 finger pad marks on left side and thumb mark on her right side of neck).There was not a single sign of hanging on her body.
The injuries show she was killed with manual strangulation by grasping her neck from front (throttling) & ligature strangulation by throwing a belt like material from back and tightened around her neck from behind(Garotting)
Sydney University forensic pathologist Professor Joe Du Flou who investigated the case told the evidence found on her body painted a sinister picture of murder rather than suicide. For instance, the ligature mark does not match with the scarf & othe injuries on her neck
The most important piece of forensic evidence in a case of hanging is ligature mark on the neck & the ligature material.All the books of forensic science tells they should match & presence of other injury marks around the ligature mark & dead body prove the case is murder
In almost all cases of hanging the ligature mark should match with the ligature material used for hanging & there should be no other injury marks around the ligature mark & the dead body
Many a times, a ligature mark may be the only evidence available in cases of asphyxial deaths due either to hanging or strangulation.
A through examination of the ligature mark and analysis of the information provided by it, is therefore, a must to arrive at the most probable cause of death and differentiate between hanging and the ligature strangulation.
A retrospective study was conducted at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, between 1997 to 2004 to assess the information provided by a ligature mark in such cases.
A total of 2668 medicolegal autopsies were conducted by the department during the period under study, of which 91 (3.4%) were deaths due to hanging and 04 (0.15%) were due to ligature strangulation.
Imprint over the groove when present, corresponded with the ligature material used in all the cases.
It was concluded that a thorough, scientific examination of the ligature mark, is the most important part of the postmortem examination of deaths due to hanging & ligature strangulation.
In a case of suicidal antemortem hanging the most important external signs are ligature mark that match with ligature material,dribbling of saliva, protruded & bitten tongue,postmortem lividity of legs & hands(sock & glove appearance) are not present in Raudha's case.
In Raudha's case the ligature mark does not match with the scarf,presence of manual strangulation mark s on her neck & injury is clear evidence that she was murdered & PCIDD telling lies concluding it as suicide.
Here is a similar case as Raudha's case where ligature mark does not match with ligature material,presence of other injury around the ligature mark,ligature removed before the arrival of police & other circumstantial prove it as murder
Students say they entered Raudha's room by breaking the door.But no damage to the door or locks from inside or outside. No damage to the fan.there is no chair or ladder from which Raudha can reach the fan to tie the scarf without disturbing the dust settled on it.
CID got message of death threat send to her from twitter on 29th March at 3:08 AM & 4 other tweets that relates to the same tweet and made at that night which shows those planned her murder are in Maldives
So the PCIDD headed by Sood telling lies about Raudha's case & hiding the facts.Even Bangladesh police Police Bureau of Investigation PBI & CID after investigation told that Raudha was murdered. PBI even planned to visit Maldives.But later submit fake report.
But later linked it to her boyfriend though they have all postmortem & forensic evidence.Even the Rajshahi Magistrate court rejected the police report and CID report
Maldives assistant commissioner of police Mohamed Riyaz destroyed many evidence of her murder & even prevented the Rajshahi detective police taking my statement for investigation.took the scarf from them in the middle of the night & contaminate its DNA & destoryed its structure
How can the PCIDD investigate the case without visiting the crime scene.I demand the PCIDD headed by Sood to tell the truth.I call president Solih to act on zero tolerance & take action on Mohamed Riyaz & clean Maldives police.Then only we get justice.I want justice for Raudha
