Katyal is a former Solicitor General. Solicitor Generals are absolute badd ass - Elena Kagan and Thorgood Marshall both held the post. They argue on behalf of US to SCOTUS.
The premise of the book is to provide readers the to make a decision for themselves on impeachment. Katyal is now Georgetown Law Prof who teaches impeachment SO HE KNOWS.
Bottom Line: easy read on a crucially important topic. Brought forward to events of NOW (for us Twitter infected). Recommend.
