1 - As we see from today, authoritarians use one weapon above all to keep citizens supportive/unaware. It has many names. Propaganda. Gaslighting. Disinformation. False narratives. Not only authoritarians like Putin but authoritarian wannabe's like most of America's GOP.

2 - The most famous propagandist ever - Josef Goebbels - famously said two things - the first one, we've ALL heard: "Make the lie big, keep it simple, keep saying it, and people WILL believe it.” BUT Goebbels also said something else.

3 - Goebbels also said that it's absolutely necessary to hide the truth, because if truth escapes: “It will prove stronger than the lie.” We can't echo this enough! Propaganda is not only about lies; it's also about suppression of truth.

1 - TRUMPISM is a different issue than TRUMP himself. It's way bigger. It has already metastasized into a full-on apparatus. Trumpism operates in an echo chamber. It has many powerful, far-reaching players -- enablers, amplifiers, grifters, opportunists.

2 - TRUMPISM has emotionalized our electorate. People, some of which we all know, were coopted. Trump supporters weren't born more emotional per se; but they were in some way susceptible, and they have been manipulated.

3 - The principal weapon of TRUMPISM is propaganda (disinformation). Propaganda blurs facts, creates doubt. Disagreements ensue. Trust erodes. Tribalism is enhanced. Laws are disrespected. It's happened many times throughout history. It always begins with propaganda.

Today, Trump proposed executing Hillary Clinton: “In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death."
Don’t think America can’t sink lower.

Jim Jordan said Trump was “right on target.”

And the “crime” is the false accusation that she spied on his campaign. According to Jesse Watters on Fox, she also inserted false incriminating evidence linking Trump to Russia on government servers.

Just so you know what Hillary is being executed for.

Department secretary, Ryan Zinke broke federal ethics rules by improperly participating in real estate negotiations and lying about it to investigators, according to IG.

Democrats cannot allow themselves to be put on the defensive for daring to investigate the worst attack on America since Pearl Harbor.
For the record, Trump should have been impeached thrice. Colluding with the enemy is literally the worst sin a president could commit.

The Durham “investigation” is part of the cover up.

To be clear - Trump WAS impeached twice. We obviously meant he ALSO should have been CONVICTED in the Senate. (7 GOP Senators DID vote to convict him along with all Dems, but 2/3 of the Senate is required for a conviction on an impeachment.)
