"Most people aren't cut out to work for themselves!"

This idea a psychological manipulation.

For the vast majority of human history, people's daily work was self-directed and they had little supervision

The 20th century idea that a human needs a 9-5 & boss to work is BS
Industrialization and Taylorism and American Puritan work ethic were all blended together to persuade the general public into believing that loyalty to the company & boss was the natural order of things

Good people with good values punch a clock and work overtime when asked
This programming starts with public school

Wake up at X time
Show up at Y time
Follow the structure
Ask permission for everything
Follow these rules and everything will turn out as it should

Generational compliance to do as you are told by authorities and "what they say"
"Most people are lazy!"

"Most people don't want to work!"

"Most people need to be told what to do!"

These are all psy-ops as well. The programming starts early that humans are shiftless and lethargic and will not do anything without an overlord to direct and control them
Social engineering removes critical thinking and free will and replaces it with a psychological dependency on adherence and needing an authority figure

A 14th century farmer living on his own land in medieval Europe had more free will to act and think than you do
