Feeling torn between my desire to see this game funded as much as possible and my job to relay honest information. It's a niche title, almost certainly some people who never played it before will find themselves disappointed by it but it's less niche than you might think. 1/7
Even if you don't set out to master its depths, it's a fun and engaging ride to go through the campaign just once. There's a surprisingly great story to be told, a ton of content and an enjoyable climax to finish it off. 2/7
The combat can be difficult to wrap your head around at first but if you approach it with an open mind, there's a truly amazing action game to discover, along the same lines as Devil May Cry, Viewtiful Joe and Bayonetta. 3/7
If I had to summarise it right now I'd say it's the longest, most varied and arguably most intricate arcade game in existence. If you like the idea of conquering new systems, seeing growth in your own skills as well as your little team, then this is for you. 4/7
I can't say what goes on behind the scenes so for all I know most of the devs were miserable while making it but I've never played a game where sheer passion and love of video games seems to flow out of the screen the way it does with TW101. 5/7
If you're on the fence about supporting the Kickstarter, at least know you'll be funding a game some of us love very much. For how few people played the initial release, I think its greatest testament is how many of us consider it to be our favourite game. 6/7
If you play it for yourself you may not come to feel the same way but no game gives better odds. 7/7
